• This is for the purchase of digital art files only

• This purchase is for a custom hand drawn digital pet portrait of a single pet or animal.

• Designed for you to have printed at 8"x10" size.

• Includes a short video of the creation process.

• Includes a high resolution screen ready file.

• Includes a high resolution print ready file.

• You will need to provide at least one good quality photo for the artist to reference.

• You will need to provide a good email address for communication with the artist and delivery of the final digital files.

• The 4-6 week timeframe only begins once payment has been received and you have confirmed with the artist that they have received the photo and that the photo you have provided is high enough quality that we can create a good product for you with it.

• Your response time matters so please plan accordingly. If the artist emails with a question about your customization options, or other information regarding your commissioned artwork and your response time exceeds 3 business days, then any time past 3 business days does not count towards the 4-6 weeks delivery time-frame. 

• If you become non-responsive to communication regarding the creation of your commissioned artwork for 10 business days after the images have been recieved and work has begun then we reserve the right to cancel your commissioned work request, and refund half of the purchase price you have paid. 

We do not currently offer a refund or return policy for any of our custom portrait art products or services and we're confident you won't need one. All sales are final upon delivery. Purchasing a custom portrait through this site is considered a deposit towards the final artwork. If for any reason we are not able to deliver a custom artwork within the agreed upon time-frame, your purchase price (considered your deposit) will be returned to you in full minus the cost of any supplies purchased with the intent to create the specific artwork. This usually only applies to non-digital artwork mediums (ie. large-scale charcoal and paper portraits) and will be discussed in writing before supplies are purchased. 

This product is not a physical artwork and is delivered digtally by email. A link will be delivered by email where you can download the final art files for the artwork you have commissioned.
